Great Customer Service Is Hard to Come By
I can't say enough good things about David's Plumbing's customer service. I was referred to them by a previous landlord and texted Kyle, who immediately responded with advice. I called dispatch and spoke with Sharon (no annoying automated system or holds to deal with). She was courteous and helpful and remained so throughout the multiple calls we had today. Bobby came out to assess my situation and was professional and personable and gave me an honest and transparent estimate for the work. Everybody in this company seemed to take their jobs seriously and care about what they do.
