Highly recommend. Called David’s Plumbing to assist with a water heater that was giving a fault code and beeping continuously. Bobby showed up on a Saturday morning, on time as promised. He assessed the problem, restarted the water heater, and ensured there were no safety issues. I offered to pay them for their time, but he said their initial assessments were at no charge and since there was nothing to fix today, they weren’t going to charge me. Addressed All Punch List Items
I had several preventative plumbing tasks (replacing two shutoff, a PRV, a Kohler flush assembly, a shower drain screen that was frozen, and ~16 year old hot water heater). Bobby recommended a Bradford White water heater, which received a good AI endorsement, and addressed all the punch list items within a reasonable timeframe. Another vendor wanted ~$2-3k more for similar work, although I don’t know the suggested water heater. Bobby did not recommend a tankless water heater given our limited hot water needs and high cost of installation.

Any time you have to call for professional help, it can be a bit daunting. I’m not an expert on water heaters, and I know it can be pricey. I searched my issue (pilot wouldn’t stay lit) and spam sent messages to like 5 or so companies on Google. David’s Plumbing was the first to respond within 10 minutes. Worked with my schedule.
Bobby came out and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and walked me through options. Never over promised solutions, went through the pros and cons of each solution, and let me make an informed decision. Came out on a Saturday (which was best for my schedule) to get it done.
